Pricing

Fixed fee. Money back if we don't find ROI.

Assessments are a fixed-fee engagement, starting at $5,000 for smaller teams and scaling with the size and complexity of the business.

If our assessment doesn't surface opportunities worth at least three times the fee, you don't pay. We've never had to honour that, but the offer's there because we wouldn't take the work if we didn't think we could clear the bar.

What's the call about?

30 minutes, no slides. We talk about your business, what you've already tried, and where AI might fit. By the end we'll both have a clearer view on whether there's something worth doing together.

Do you build it for me, or teach my team?

Both, depending on what we find. Some clients want it fully built and run by us. Others have technical people in-house who'd rather learn how to ship it themselves. The assessment makes it obvious which way to go for your business.

Who do you work best with?

Growing operations between roughly 20 and 500 staff, with a real budget for AI and a leader pushing it. Trades, professional services, hospitality groups, agencies, e-commerce, the non-clinical sides of clinic groups. If you're scaling and feeling it in operations, you're probably the right shape.

Who don't you work with?
